Patient Care Club

As a valued member of the Patient Care Club, you will have access to the following:

 

Our knowledgeable pharmacists will provide a comprehensive review of your medications, which includes their administration, possible interactions, side effects and cost effectiveness. We partner with both you and your physicians to determine your best treatment plan while helping you avoid unnecessary or redundant medications and associated costs.

 

Do you ever forget to take or refill your medications? We can make your life easier using our 30 or 90-day prescription refill reminder program. We will fill your medications that are due for refill and let you know they are ready. Also ask us about coordinating your refills on a scheduled date each month.

 

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday. If you are unable to pick up your medications, we can deliver them to private residences within our delivery zone as well as bundle deliveries for offices and facilities for scheduled daily drop-offs. Home and office delivery is free to Patient Care Club members.

 

Various health screenings, such as blood pressure and blood glucose, will be coordinated by the pharmacy and made available to club members free of charge.

 

Members will receive the added benefit of free access to all of the features our future healthcare clubs have to offer.

 

Club members will receive a monthly email newsletter featuring educational articles on a variety of health topics and other pharmacy updates.
